The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a proven method of measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This key figure is based on a simple question:

"How likely are you to recommend our company or services to others?"

Responses are scored on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 representing "very unlikely" and 10 representing "very likely." This scale helps us determine which customers are enthusiastic, satisfied, or expect improvements.

• Promoters (9-10): Enthusiastic customers who are happy to recommend our company to others.
• Passives (7-8): Satisfied customers who do not actively recommend.
• Detractors (0-6): Customers who are not satisfied and see potential for improvement.

In 2023, the NPS was 94 (94% promoters and 0% detractors) and in 2024 it was 92 (93% promoters and 1% detractors).
