Valicare Extends GxP Expertise

New Consulting Services for the Transition from Development to Clinical Manufacturing

Valicare GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Syntegon Technology, now offers additional services along the entire product life cycle of pharmaceutically and biotechnologically produced drugs. The new focus is on consulting services for the transition of products from the development phase to the GMP compliant manufacturing of investigational medicinal products. These services will be complemented by the presentation and assessment of market-specific requirements, investigational drug management and the necessary regulatory interactions

Strengthening of the team:

The extension of the service portfolio based on the recruitment of Dr. Christin Erbach, who joints the Valicare expert team of engineers and scientists as a Senior GMP Consultant.

She brings over 10 years of clinical service experiences along with deep knowledge in quality management and legal pharmaceutical requirements. She also successfully supported pharmaceutical businesses during their establishment phase.

“Her specialized knowledge in the area of clinical services paired with her legal background is an outstanding addition to our Valicare’s consultancy business,” said Dr. Hans-Georg Eckert, site manager of Valicare in Frankfurt. “This will strengthen our competency with regards to the first steps of Good Manufacturing Practices and the legal requirements for the clinical products, addressing the special needs for each development stage. The comprehensive life cycle approach is further extended.”

Valicare is taking significant steps forward to expanding the GxP and consultancy services for the pharma, biotech and ATMP industry. The company is continuously improving the concept to address individual product and project related requirements and has already begun by meeting the growing expectations related to more and more individual therapies and their associated risks.
