♻️The lifecycle-oriented approach in a GMP-regulated environment requires continuous assessment and control of the performance of plants, systems and processes (continuous process verification).
Foundation is the risk-based use of production data for requalification and revalidation. A complex challenge that requires a holistic approach and extensive process experience but provides a huge opportunity for more efficient and up-to-date qualification management.
In the presentation, our long-standing GMP experts will present which data from plant operation, process management, and quality monitoring are suitable for continuous control of systems and processes and how they can be used for risk-based derivation of efficient and meaningful measures in qualification and validation.
Special requirements for documentation and data integrity as well as the regulatory basis are discussed. The benefits of the continuous approach are demonstrated.
💡 Why should I participate?
Would you like to know more about continuous process verification (CPV) and whether requalification and revalidation can be made more efficient by using routine data?
Learn from our GMP experts how the CPV can be classified in regulatory terms and which production data can be used to make reliable decisions about suitable requalification and validation measures.
Who should participate?
Senior staff in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, engineering, the pharmaceutical industry.
✅ Agenda
Use of production data for requalification & revalidation
After his chemistry studies, Dr. Carsten Börger first worked on research work in the field of low-molecular nature and active ingredients. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and with suppliers for more than 15 years. He held positions in manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance. He currently leads a team for qualification and validation.
